Zainify offers a SAAS-based AI chatbot And Video Ads platform that allows businesses to integrate intelligent conversational agents for customer support, FAQs, task automation, and more. Our features may evolve with time based on feedback and advancements. And We Also Offer Video Ads for You Business

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our chatbot services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration and billing information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use the chatbot services for lawful and authorized purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or misuse the chatbot service

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, source code, and trademarks related to the Zainify chatbot platform remain the intellectual property of Zainify and its authorized partners. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without permission.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Fees

Some features of the chatbot platform require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable charges as per the selected plan listed on our pricing page.

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where the service is non-functional for you due to technical issues on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days of your complaint.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of our chatbot services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page and notify users where required. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

📜 Order & Payment Policy (Viral Vibe Marketing Video Ads Services )

1) Advance Payment Requirement

Har order par minimum 50% advance payment lena mandatory hai. Baqi 50% payment final delivery se pehle clear karni hogi.

2) Non-Refundable Payment

Advance payment non-refundable hai, jab tak hamari taraf se koi major technical/server issue ya service failure na ho. Client ki taraf se order cancel hone par payment wapas nahi ki jaayegi.

3) Delivery Timeline

Har project ka estimated delivery time 12 se 48 ghante ho sakta hai. Timeline project ki complexity aur client response time par depend karegi.

4) Revisions Policy

• Har order me 1 free revision (minor changes) shamil hai.
• Additional revisions par extra charges lagenge (scope ke mutabiq).
• Script/voiceover/branding assets client time par de—late assets se timeline aage badh sakti hai.

5) Order Approval

Final video approval ke baad koi changes possible nahi honge. Approved order ko final & closed maana jaayega.

6) Communication

Har update, feedback aur approval WhatsApp/Email ke through documented hoga. Calls ka summary message me confirm kiya jaayega.

7) Deliverables & Format

Default delivery: MP4 (H.264), 1080p. Dusre formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4K) pehle se agree honay par possible hain (additional cost lag sakti hai).

8) Usage Rights

Full payment ke baad client ko final video ke commercial usage rights milte hain. Project files (e.g., source/edit files) shamil nahi—agar chahiye ho to separate fee apply hogi.

9) Cancellations & Delays

• Client-side delay (assets/approvals) se deadline extend ho sakti hai.
• Agar hamari taraf se major server/technical issue ho, to proportional refund/credit ya revised timeline offer ki jaayegi.

10) Acceptance

Order place karte waqt aap is Order & Payment Policy se mutafiq hote hain.
