Zainify offers a SAAS-based AI chatbot platform that allows businesses to integrate intelligent conversational agents for customer support, FAQs, task automation, and more. Our features may evolve with time based on feedback and advancements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
All content, AI models, source code, and trademarks related to the Zainify chatbot platform remain the intellectual property of Zainify and its authorized partners. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Some features of the chatbot platform require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable charges as per the selected plan listed on our pricing page.
We offer refunds only in cases where the service is non-functional for you due to technical issues on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days of your complaint.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of our chatbot services.
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page and notify users where required. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
